Adding Additives to your Oil

A gentleman calls me the other day inquiring about the price of ZRod oilfor his early 70's Chevy. I quoted him a price for both Retail and Wholesale should he decide to be a preferred customer. He decided that the price of the oil was to expensive and he was just going to add an additive to his crankcase. Say What!?!

Ok, so I have this expensive classic car and I don't care about what's best for it or what it cost me to build, I'll just pour enough junk in the crankcase to make me feel good since it's so cheap.

Folks, if you need to be adding additives to your engine to cover up the short comings of your oil then the oil is junk. Select the right oil for your application, and in this case, for a classic older engine that isn't a daily driver, your best bet is Amsoil zRod. I can gaurantee that you won't need to "add" anything to the oil, what you need is already in it!
